Ryan Jordan, Miami, released his debut album, “Blue Day” in 2009 – selling over 10,000 unitswithout a tour. “For A Little While", the second single from the debut album proved to be charming and original in a modern age of electronic music. Reaching # 27 on the A/C Hot Main Charts, "For A Little While" received over 2,899 spins in 8 weeks. Working full time and earning a masters degree in business, Ryan worked for two years on his sophomore album, "Brave," a courageous record that blurred the line between top 40 pop and electronic dance. The title track reached # 3 on Top 40 indie radio and received over 3,000 spinsof the underground hit, “Dreaming Of."
Ryan combined his love for Rock music with undeniable beats that left the listener wanting for more. Experiencing the pain and suffering of the music industry, Jordan took a break from recording and focused on writing.
November 4, 2016, Jordan dropped his first digital release in 4 years. Produced by Nathan Oberman, (Mariah Carey, Snoop Dog, Pussy Cat Dolls) EXILE is a product of hitting a brick wall, lying on the ground, and picking oneself back up again. “I reached a place where I felt all the hard work was in vain", says Jordan. "Relationships were lost, dreams were shattered, and I became disenchanted with the idea of creating art that would get overlooked by the bottom line. EXILE captures where I've been, where I am now, and where I see myself in the future. My dream was sentenced to EXILE. I am proud to say I am back and I am here to tell the tale.
